Delivery Information

We ship clones overnight on mondays, tuesdays and Wednesdays. Seeds are all shipped monday-friday (except on holidays) using priority 3 day shipping. We keep our seeds in stock so they can be shipped out to you quickly. Live clones are not always in stock, so be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for your preferred clone strains to be rooted and shipped to you. 

 

Your signature may be required upon delivery of your clones, so we know someone is there to receive them and take care of your clones. The cost of shipping is charged at the time you place an order, please pay your order in full so we can ship your clones out on time!

 

If your clones or seeds arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and send pictures of the damaged items so we can determine your eligibility for a refund. Call or text 520-GENETIX or email us at orders@westcoastgenetix.com with your order number, a written description and pictures of the clones or seeds that were delivered.
