Refund Policy

Our customers are important to us and we want you to feel totally satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and let us know.

 

We stand behind the quality of our products and if you are unhappy for any reason, we will make it right. Due to the nature of shipping live plants however, we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

 

If your clones or seeds arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and send pictures of the damaged items so we can determine your eligibility for a refund. Call or text 520-GENETIX or email us at orders@westcoastgenetix.com with your order number, a written description and pictures of the clones or seeds that were delivered.
