**Order Timing and Refunds:**
All our clones are cut to order, ensuring you receive the freshest, healthiest clones possible. From the moment you place your order, expect your clones to be ready and on their way to you in about 3 weeks. Planning is key, so be sure to order in advance!
While we can’t keep live plants in stock for every strain all the time due to their shelf life, we do sometimes have extra clones available on demand. So if you find yourself in a pinch and need clones right away, reach out and let us know. We might be able to accommodate your immediate needs with any extras we might have on deck!
**Minimum Order Requirement:**
We require a minimum order of 5 clones in order to cut and ship your clones. But we can also cut thousands of clones for you with enough prior notice! We also offer a significant price break for buying in bulk, so please contact us for a quote and timeline if you need bulk clones.
**Shipping Schedule and Care:**
We ship our clones via UPS Next Day Air on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid end of week delays. Your clones' well-being is our top priority, so we might delay shipping if extreme weather conditions could jeopardize their journey to you. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring they arrive happy and healthy.
Upon shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email. It's crucial to retrieve your clones promptly upon delivery to avoid any potential harm from prolonged exposure to the elements. Should any damage occur, please send us photos of the affected clones within 4 hours of delivery. This will qualify you for a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction and success.
**No Refunds, but Support Guaranteed:**
While we do not offer refunds, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. If your clones arrive damaged, simply text us pictures at 520-GENETIX within 4 hours of when they were delivered, and we'll be on hand to assist and replace them as needed.
